One of my fondest memories of childhood is me at 10 years old, in the office over our garage, pretending to work for my family’s business. It is heart-warming to reflect on those childhood memories now, as an adult and the CEO of Franklin Farms East.
Throughout my career, my vision of leading our family business and passion for learning motivated me to obtain my MBA from Lehigh University, certification as an SQF Practitioner from The Kesler Institute, and distinction as a High Performing Teams Developer from The Professional Development Group.
Today, my job is a joy because our team is also filled with life-long learners who love to challenge and inspire one another to grow. I value being a part of this team because I have the ability to collaborate with extremely talented, fun, and passionate people. Together, we envision opportunities to create profitable products for our customers and get to “milk it for all it’s worth!” to grow their businesses.
A great day at work is when I am brainstorming with our team to create a customized solution for a customer. A great weekend is when I get to build an indoor fort with my daughter, cook a new recipe for my family to enjoy, and relax by a campfire in my backyard.
