I help our sales team solve problems for customers by addressing supply chain challenges and creating product solutions with our R&D team.
People often ask how long I’ve been working for the family business. Almost my entire life! When I was 5 years old, I started helping my father back when he was in the veal feed business, sweeping out the warehouse and delivery trucks. Later I would work summers and weekends for my dad, and it’s where I learned that I love serving as a support mechanism to help with ease and flow of daily operations.
Problem-solving and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers is what drives me. It’s what makes my job today so rewarding. I’m surrounded by highly motivated innovators and skilled creative-thinkers. Our A-Team shines by providing top-notch customer service and high-quality products for our clients to build their success on.
One of my fondest memories is working with our team to achieve our SQF certification – an all-hands-on deck process that brought the entire company together to achieve our goal. Overcoming that significant challenge represents to me what we can accomplish every day through teamwork and focusing on the big picture.
I’m now certified as an SQF Practitioner from The Kesler Institute, and a High Performing Teams Developer from The Professional Development Group.
